BS＆Tを作ってすぐ抜けた人って認識しかないのだけど(これも間違ってるかもw)
ブラス取り入れる人だからと買ってみたアルバム。

BS＆Tとはテイストが違うけどいろんなアレンジのいろんな曲が入ってた(語彙力( ；꒳​； ))

この曲は聞く度に初期のルパン三世を思い出す。
ルパン三世全く関係ないし、初期ルパンをじっくり観たこともないけど、そんなイメージ

アル・クーパーと言えば、スタンダード・ナンバーとしての名曲「ジョリー」やマイク・ブルームフィールドとのライブ盤が定番だけど、私にとってはシュギー・オーティスとのこちらのセッションです。フックアップされたシュギー・オーティスは何と若干15歳。まだまだ粗削りとはいえ、ペケペケに尖まくったブルースを披露。60年代には、10代から活躍するセッション・ミュージシャンはたくさんいた。その早熟さは現在のラッパーに近いかもしれない。
