Track of the day: Operation: Greenbacks
It took this song quite a while to grow on me but nowadays this is one of my favourite tracks off of the Doomsday album. Megalon's feature perfectly compliments DOOM's verses, as well as having a nice contrast with the smooth relaxing beat.
Track of the day: Luchini
Classic track, one of the latest true 90s hiphop songs. Very good to get hype to, the beat matches perfectly with Camp Lo's vocals.
Track of the day: Passin me by
One of the classic tracks of 90s hip-hop, this song blends a multitude of samples to form a mellow best, where each member of the Pharcyde recounts their failed attempts with love in their past.
Track of the day: We Can Get Down
One of my favourite tracks off of this album, and the Tribe called quest discography all together, this song combines a classic boombap beat using multiple samples, one of which was a composition of Bill Cosby's, "Martin's Funeral".
Track of the day: Rapp Snitches
The sample on this song goes so incredibly hard (Space Oddity by Dave Matthews), Riff pops off and Mr Fantastik flows perfect on the beat
